4. Enquiries, Bookings & Payments

• Making an enquiry through the Website does not create a binding agreement. A booking or purchase becomes binding only when a separate written agreement, contract or invoice is signed/issued and accepted by both parties.
• Payment terms, deposits, and refund policies for properties or services will be governed by the separate contract between the buyer/tenant and the seller/landlord/developer.
• We may collect booking fees or facilitation charges on behalf of developers or sellers. Such collections and refunds will follow the terms disclosed at the time of payment.
